Common sense checks out Derry Police, in cooperation with enforcement agents from the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, recently engaged in a sting operation. The results are disturbing.
The targets of the operation, technically referred to as an enforcement action, were 20 retail stores, mostly convenience stores and supermarkets, that sold alcohol. Two young people, a male and a female, both under the age of 21, were recruited to participate in the operation. They were sent into the stores to attempt to purchase alcohol....continued
Six charged with selling liquor to minors DERRY — Charges have been filed against six store clerks, last week, who sold alcohol to a minor working undercover for the Derry Police Department.
Derry police with the help of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission enforcement officers performed compliance checks at 20 convenience stores and gas stations in town. At six, clerks sold to a minor, according to police. ...continued
